How do I purchase my ticket?
Simply purchase your ticket from our website www.voodooevents.co.uk.
What happens if I've bought a ticket but then develop symptoms or find out I've been in contact with someone who's tested positive for Covid 19?
In cases where the ticket holder and/ or their group need to isolate, we will allow them to move the date of their ticket (subject to availability). The request MUST have been made before the event starts. If the request is made after, no exchange will be authorised.
Can you explain to me how the sittings/time slots work?
You get an allocated time to be on your table, e.g. 8-10pm. Please ensure you arrive promptly with your full group. Your ticket will be scanned at the front door, you’ll then be seated at your table and you’ll have this area for the allocated time slot. Please leave promptly when your sitting is over so your table/ area can be thoroughly cleaned.
Is it possible to book more than one sitting?
Yeah of course, simply book as many sittings as you like.
Will you be busy?
Capacities are very limited and bookings must be made in advance, so it’s vitally important that you book early to avoid disappointment.
Can we dance?
All customers will be seated and for the safety of yourself and others, will be asked to stay seated.
Will there be live music?
Yes, at most of our venues a live DJ will be present, however music will be played at a reduced volume to comply with COVID regulations.
How do I pay for my drinks?
Most of our venues have apps that you can purchase drinks from, you will have to download the relevant app before arriving at the venue. You’ll be sent information pre arrival, please keep an eye on your inbox and texts
Will we have to queue up outside?
Queueing time should be minimal as we’ve staggered arrival times but if there is a small queue, please remain in your group and maintain a 2 metre gap between the next group
Can I come to your events with more than one household?
Can you explain how we track and trace?
All customers are now required to provide their information for track and trace. We have the NHS QR code on display on the way into all venues, this is the preferred method of Track & Trace. We do have our own QR code at the venue for customers who don’t have the NHS app. Access will only be allowed once all customers have completed this
Can we move between tables?
We take a strict stance on people moving between tables. Customers should stay seated at their allocated table at all times.
Is there a minimum spend?
No, you can spend as much or as little as you like at each of the venues.
Do we need to wear face coverings?
Face coverings are required to be worn at all times unless you are eating or drinking
Are there hand sanitation stations at the venue?
Yes, there are hand sanitation stations at the entry and exits of the venues. We also encourage people to wash their hands regularly using soap and water.
How many people are allowed in the toilets at one time?
Each venue will have different allowances on how many people can be in the toilet. We ask you to be responsible and aware of your surroundings.
